About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part Time Stylist for their new store opening at 674 West County Center, Saint Louis, MO. As a stylist, you will be responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will suggest looks, promote the Levi's® omni experience, resolve consumer concerns, and handle merchandise operations efficiently while maintaining standards. The role requires someone who is fashion savvy, enjoys a busy environment, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
- Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
- Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
