About The Position

As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador! Wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers. You demonstrate a genuine passion for creating an elevated customer experience in our retail stores. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service. This store is set to open this July!

Requirements

  • Love for the gorjana brand
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
  • Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Ability to open or close the store

Responsibilities

  • Approach guests proactively in a warm and welcoming manner to help make a difference in their day.
  • Demonstrate confidence in approaching customers and share passion for gorjana.
  • Curate memorable experiences for each guest, surprising and delighting them with service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and build lasting relationships.
  • Be aware of customers at all times and responsible for holding keys to caselines in accordance with best practices and LP strategies.
  • Be solution-oriented, using available resources to handle customer concerns and seek partnership if needed.
  • Deescalate/report customer service concerns or incidents and submit an incident report.
  • Wear gorjana jewelry to work, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests and demonstrating gStyle standards.
  • Develop expertise in collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions.
  • Confidently present curated styling choices to guests highlighting intentionality, versatility and personalization.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and elevated, intentional language to drive meaningful connections and results.
  • Turn every footstep into an opportunity to create a lasting experience for the customer.
  • Be self-motivated and seek to better personal performance and that of the team.
  • Own individual performance progress and utilize internal resources to further develop sales skills.

  • Help fulfill Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders (SHIPSI).
  • Assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments in a timely manner.
  • Be mindful of service standards and processes, keeping policies front of mind.
  • Take great care with team equipment, and utilize best-practices when handling and securing tech.
  • Open and close the store, requiring responsibility for a store key and alarm code.
  • Assist with labeling or re-ticketing of items as needed.
  • Facilitate additional duties in the store or serve as a point-of-contact for Business Partners in the absence of a Manager.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts with attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Execute monthly floorset directives.
  • Submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
  • Handle weekly cash deposits with precision.
  • Facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse.
  • Contact and utilize appropriate business partners for resources and guidance.
