About The Position

We are looking for an outgoing stylist who loves fashion and contributes to a positive customer shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. The stylist works effectively as part of a team while maintaining store and personal appearance standards. Must be able to work weekends.

Requirements

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to use POS and other store computer applications.
Experience with retail selling.
Ability to provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.
Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
Answer merchandise-related questions and assist customers.
Meet daily individual sales goals established by store management, including SPH, ADS, and UPT.
Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
Assist with store cleaning and maintenance as directed by store management.
Continue self-training using Bohme and other training materials, along with hands-on training provided by management.
Communicate customer needs or concerns to store management.
Assist with processing merchandise as directed by store management.
Follow established safety procedures.
Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of unusual internal or external activity.
Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management.
Operate the cash register as directed by store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
