Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Stylist who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, an understanding of brand heritage, empathy for customers and co-workers, courage to lead with values, and a results-oriented approach to support the team. You will suggest looks based on trends and promotions, promote the Levi's® omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program, resolve consumer concerns, and partner with management on elevated issues. Efficient handling of cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards and complying with all Levi's® Stores policies and procedures, is also expected.
