About The Position

Provides hair care services to residents. This role involves providing professional salon services, managing appointments, maintaining the salon, and offering exceptional customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, one year of hair stylist experience, and a current Wisconsin Cosmetologist License. The role operates on a PRN (as needed) basis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• Minimum one year of hair stylist experience
• Current Wisconsin Cosmetologist License required
• Computer data entry required

• Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional salon services for residents, including haircuts, shampooing, styling, coloring, and permanent wave treatments.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, including sweeping floors and washing/drying towels.
• Handle basic accounts receivable tasks.
• Assist with new employee training.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform computer data entry.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
