Requirements

  • A values champion and brand ambassador, with a deep connection to our mission and a natural desire to lead with warmth, presence and authenticity
  • Retail experience and a strong passion for people and customer experience, with a genuine curiosity to notice the small things and create meaningful moments
  • The ability to inspire through positivity and enthusiasm, uplifting those around you and making every interaction authentic
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to be adaptable and respond effectively to change

Responsibilities

  • Host from the heart and lead every interaction with warmth, intention, presence and authenticity, creating meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impression
  • Build genuine connections with customers, offering advice and styling guidance with empathy and care
  • Create memorable and inspiring moments that align with our experiential retail pillars of Community and Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration and Innovation
  • Bring curiosity and creativity to everything you do, finding new ways to inspire meaningful experiences for our customers.
  • Radiate positivity and enthusiasm, uplifting both customers and your team
  • Take ownership of each experience, noticing the small details, leaning in fully and shaping moments that matter
  • Share your knowledge of products and materials with confidence, while maintaining a self-led learning mindset
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, championing our values, driving loyalty through our CRM programme and connecting meaningfully with your local community
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure the continued success of the store, living our mission and supporting one another
