About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Lead Stylist at its Domain Northside location in Austin, Texas. The role leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The stylist works at least 15 hours per week, brings warmth and positive energy to the sales floor, and supports store leadership with daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and sales goals. Responsibilities

Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong floor presence, showing warmth and positive energy while demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling Experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team in daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
