About The Position

This is a sales role focused on the full made-to-measure experience, guiding clients through fabric selection, design, measurements, and fit. Each appointment is treated as a consultation to understand client needs and build lasting relationships. The role involves building a personal book of business, with day-to-day tasks including client consultations, follow-ups, fittings, CRM entry, and boutique upkeep. Success is measured by results and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of experience in sales, hospitality, or premium retail.
  • Ability to read a room and handle objections without being pushy.
  • Strong follow-through skills.
  • Genuine care for style and an understanding of how clothes fit.
  • Competitive nature, motivated by targets and commission.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Experience in made-to-measure clothing.
