About The Position

This is a sales role focused on the full made-to-measure experience, guiding clients through fabric selection, design, measurements, and fit. Each appointment is treated as a consultation to understand client needs and build lasting relationships. The role involves building a personal book of business, with day-to-day tasks including client consultations, follow-ups, fittings, CRM entry, and boutique upkeep. Success is measured by results and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Two to three years of experience in sales, hospitality, or premium retail.
Ability to read a room and handle objections without being pushy.
Strong follow-through skills.
Genuine care for style and an understanding of how clothes fit.
Competitive nature, motivated by targets and commission.
Excellent listening skills.
Ability to build client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Experience in made-to-measure clothing.

Responsibilities
