About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time Stylist & Brand Ambassador for our boutique: someone with standout personal style, a passion for fashion, and a dynamic presence both in-store and online. This role blends client styling and sales with being a true face of the brand – confident in front of the camera and eager to connect authentically with our community. Requirements

• Standout personal style with a passion for fashion and interiors
• Energetic, client-first, and motivated by achieving results
• Confident, authentic presence on-camera
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and visual
• Highly-organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Professional, sincere, and collaborative – you love being part of a team
• High integrity, acting with respect and kindness toward others
• Comfortable with POS systems and transaction accuracy
• Ability to lift/move product and be active on the floor throughout the day
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Prior fashion retail, styling, or personal shopping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver curated and personal shopping experiences that build lasting client relationships and drive sales.
• Provide personalized styling services, staying ahead of fashion trends while making elevated style feel attainable.
• Serve as a daily inspiration through your own personal style and presence.
• Represent Bungalow on-camera for photography, video, and live social media.
• Embody the brand’s editorial yet approachable aesthetic across all client and community touchpoints.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging, authentic content for Instagram, email, and web.
• Participate in styling shoots, campaign features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling, and support with editing content.
• Support the buyer and boutique team with creative merchandising, seasonal sell-through, and maintaining store visual identity standards (e.g. folding, steaming, upkeep, inventory support).
