About The Position
We are hiring full and part-time stylists / barbers for our ROUND ROCK (University Blvd.) location. Join ROUND ROCK's HIGHEST RATED and BUSIEST men's grooming center today! Roosters Men's Grooming Center - Round Rock (Unversity Blvd.) has been open for 10 years with established clientele. We are looking for experienced, energetic men's hair stylists and barbers that love the precision of cutting men's hair and specialize in men's grooming. We are picky in who we hire. We are NO DRAMA and want the best. Requirements
- Must be available to work 2 of the following 3 shifts: FRIDAY (10-7 PM), SATURDAY (9 - 6 PM), AND SUNDAY (12 - 5 PM).
- Current Texas barber or Cosmetology license
- Evening availability (we close at 7 pm Monday - Friday) is required
- Weekend availability (Saturday 9 - 6 pm) and (Sunday 12 - 5 pm) is strongly preferred / required.
Nice To Haves
- We are not hiring no for weekends or rotating weekends at this time.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' grooming needs and preferences.
- Perform hair styling and barbering services, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all cosmetology and barbering regulations.
- Utilize salon software to manage appointments and client records effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients the best service.
