About The Position

The Stylist Assistant organizes, preps, and presses a high volume of product to support daily on-figure photography production. The Stylist Assistant specializes in steaming, pressing, ironing, and repairing garments across a wide range of fabric types.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in steaming, pressing, ironing, and repairing garments across a wide range of fabric types, ensuring product is camera-ready at high volume.
Ability to support stylists with core styling techniques, including prepping apparel, organizing accessories, and maintaining on-set readiness for on-figure shoots.
High level of precision in garment presentation, with a focus on quality, fit, and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute against tight deadlines in a high-volume studio setting.
Effective partner to stylists, managers, and cross-functional studio teams, contributing to a seamless production workflow.
Proactively identifies issues and delivers practical solutions to meet creative and production objectives in a dynamic environment.
Clear, concise communicator who maintains a professional presence and keeps stakeholders informed.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also contributing to broader team goals.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams and levels.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
1-plus years working in photography studio environment, with an emphasis on prepping clothing for On-Figure Photography.
This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 35 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

familiarity with studio environments and on-figure prep processes is a plus.

Work independently while supporting stylists with a range of styling techniques.
