The Style Guide manages customer appointments and walk-in consultations, delivering personalized and professional service. They support showroom sales goals by contributing to team performance metrics, including conversion rates and average order value (AOV). Additionally, they build long-term customer relationships by maintaining detailed client profiles and conducting regular follow-ups. The Style Guide delivers a seamless and memorable shopping experience by upholding the company’s customer service standards, assisting customers in selecting and customizing garments, and handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism. They conduct accurate fittings and pinning sessions, manage appointments efficiently, and collaborate with tailors to communicate customer requirements. The Style Guide also ensures the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, assists with inventory management, and maintains accurate records. They work closely with fellow Style Guides, the Showroom Manager, and Team Leads to achieve showroom goals, participate in training, and share feedback to improve performance. Staying up-to-date on product offerings, trends, and styling is crucial, as is acting as a trusted resource for customers.
