Study Abroad Program Assistant
About The Position
The Honors Burch in The Hague and Bosnia (Human Rights) program employs recent graduates to serve as mentors for the students on the program. The mentors support the faculty with the academic portion of the program, support the students with their local knowledge of the location and language, and serve an additional risk management role in cases of emergencies on the ground. They also assist the students in their cultural immersion activities to help them learn more about the countries they are visiting in the short program. The mentors will address all issues in a confidential and compassionate manner, and help set expectations for appropriate behavior locally.
