As the Study Abroad Advisor/Bilingual Coordinator with Student Financial Services you serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and parents, providing day‑to-day advising and support. In this role, you coordinate study abroad financial aid processing and assist Spanish‑speaking students and families with questions related to financial aid and scholarships. Your programmatic responsibilities may include making award adjustments, exercising professional judgment, and conducting needs analyses. As a bilingual coordinator, you also support recruitment, retention advising, and outreach efforts.
