About The Position

Evolution, a leading B2B provider for online casinos, is hiring a Studio Support Specialist. This role is responsible for building, installing, and maintaining studios and associated elements such as gaming tables, cameras, microphones, cabling, lights, decorative elements, and studio floor infrastructure. The specialist will help establish and refine build processes, plan resources, and meet deadlines while adhering to regulations including Gaming Regulations, Evolution Policies, and OSHA compliance. They will also manage equipment, tools, and materials, participate in training, and prepare reports. This position may involve replacing colleagues during absences and performing other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Manager.

Requirements

  • Secondary (higher, technical) education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of and ability to apply/interpret measurements and related tools.
  • Experience working with assorted building materials (e.g. wood, metal, tile, plastic, carpet, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of electricity and electrical wiring concepts.
  • Ability to interpret and follow detailed written and verbal instruction.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. email, instant messaging, MS Office or similar apps, etc.).
  • Punctuality, reliability and experience working with a team.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel (within NA and abroad).
  • Willingness to work overtime when required and to be “on-call” for emergency situations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Build, install and maintain the studios and associated elements (gaming tables, cameras, microphones, cabling lights, decorative elements and studio floor infrastructure).
  • Help establish and refine build processes, plan resources, meet deadlines.
  • Be aware of and follow regulations (Gaming Regulations, Evolution Policies, OSHA compliance, etc.).
  • Request, order, maintain and be responsible for assigned equipment, tools and materials.
  • Participate in training activities and participate in new employees’ training.
  • Prepare and provide occasional reports, provide needed information to team members and other departments.
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the Team Lead and Manager, which are related to this position.
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leave and other absences.
