Multi-Site Studio Sales Specialist
About The Position
Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a driven, guest-focused Studio Sales Specialist to bring energy, consistency, and results to studios across the MN/WI region. This multi-site role offers variety by working across multiple locations, allowing for faster sales instinct development, meeting more people, and avoiding routine. The role involves educating guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention, traveling to studios to provide sales, guest service, and operational support, and stepping into key guest-facing roles as needed. The specialist will also support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities, deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, maintain studio readiness, and partner with leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality
- A natural closer's instinct — comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions
- Enthusiasm for a multi-site role — flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets
- Personable, professional, and confident communicator
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
- Proud to represent a mission-driven brand focused on exceptional service

- Leadership experience a plus, as you may fill in for Studio Managers as needed
Responsibilities
- Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
- Travel to studios across your region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support wherever it's needed most.
- Step into key guest-facing roles — Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support — as needed.
- Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
- Partner with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
