JOIN OUR TEAM AS A FOUNDING STUDIO PILATES INSTRUCTOR

We're launching something new.

As a Founding STUDIO Pilates Instructor, you'll help bring VASA's newest boutique fitness experience to life. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, build excitement around a new product, and help establish the member experience that will define STUDIO Pilates at VASA.

We're looking for instructors who are passionate about Pilates, energized by building community, and excited to help grow something from the beginning. This role is about more than teaching great classes—it's about creating an experience that keeps members coming back and inspires others to join.

Training begins in July!

Requirements

• Pilates Mat Certification required
• Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Strong understanding of movement patterns, alignment, body mechanics, and safe exercise progressions
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable promoting classes, building relationships, and generating excitement around the STUDIO Pilates experience
• Positive, professional, and inclusive approach
• Passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning and development

Nice To Haves

• Reformer Certification strongly preferred
• Experience teaching Pilates, group fitness, or similar movement-based classes preferred

Responsibilities

• Help members build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness through safe, effective reformer Pilates classes.
• Play an important role in the success of a brand-new product launch.
• Execute VASA's STUDIO Pilates programming and brand standards while creating exceptional experiences that drive participation, engagement, and member retention.
• Welcome someone new, build relationships, and help members feel connected to the STUDIO Pilates community.
• Create an experience that members can't wait to return to through expert coaching, positive energy, and consistent execution.
• Serve as an ambassador for the program by helping members discover STUDIO Pilates, encouraging participation, and creating excitement around the newest addition to VASA's fitness offerings.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging reformer Pilates classes that members love.
• Consistently execute VASA's STUDIO Pilates programming and brand standards.
• Create a welcoming environment that builds connection and community.
• Grow class participation and help members discover the value of STUDIO Pilates.
• Support member engagement through exceptional experiences and meaningful relationships.
• Execute the STUDIO Welcome Experience and create positive first impressions for new and prospective members.
• Coach members of all fitness levels through appropriate modifications and progressions.
• Create an elevated studio environment through attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Collaborate with club leadership and fitness teams to grow awareness and excitement around the Pilates program.
• Embrace feedback, continue your development, and help establish STUDIO Pilates as a successful long-term offering at VASA.

• Class Pay: $40-$55 per hour
