About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting studio operations, including finance and budget management, vendor coordination, and studio management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design industry, be comfortable with AI and Google productivity tools, and possess strong operational leadership and cross-functional communication skills. The position is located in Seattle, WA, and requires the applicant to be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. as sponsorship is not provided.

Operational leadership — ability to manage multi‑team, multi‑disciplinary projects with competing deadlines

Problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments and ability to navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

Monitor email for new/updated quotes from suppliers.
Initiate purchase requests in Meta finance systems.
Update ID Team Finance and Budget spreadsheets.
Partner with ID Operations Director and ID Studio Leads on quarterly forecasting and FY budget requests.
Work with external vendors to coordinate billing & invoicing.
Onboard new suppliers and manage existing supplier network.
Work with ID Studio Leads and Purchasing/Legal teams to ensure Contracts match the desired scope of work.
Create and maintain tools and processes to keep the studio running efficiently.
Manage the ID Studio space and plan/coordinate Studio Tours and on-site Leadership Reviews.
Manage storage and archival of appearance model/prototype within the studio.
Plan and coordinate team offsites and events.
