NYC: Studio Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to lead one of our high-performing studios. Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, or another service-driven business
- Successfully led teams of 15+ employees while owning membership growth, revenue, and overall business performance
- Experience coaching teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Understand that member retention is just as important as member acquisition
- Enjoy developing people, providing feedback, and holding teams accountable to high standards
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Highly organized
- Confident managing operational priorities
- Excellent communicator who remains calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
