MBodied Strength is a leading personal training studio in Seattle, offering private and semi-private strength training for the city's high-performing women. We teach mobility, strength, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that help our clients feel as confident in their bodies as they do in their careers. We're expanding from our small, intimate studio into a larger space in the heart of Capitol Hill. To grow into this new space without losing the high-touch service we're known for, we're looking for a high-potential Studio Manager – someone eager to step into a leadership role and help us build something special. This is a unique opportunity to join a company in the midst of exciting growth. The Studio Manager will play a key role in the transition from our current studio space into our brand-new flagship location in Seattle's Capitol Hill. During the first three months, you'll work closely with the Owner to support scheduling, operational coordination, and the studio launch process. This isn't just a management role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career. As you grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility across operations, leadership, hiring, marketing and business strategy, with the opportunity to become the Owner's right-hand leader as we continue to expand. Success in Your First 90 Days Looks Like: Becoming the go-to person for the day-to-day operations of the studio. Learning and confidently leading our discovery call process. Building trusted relationships with the team and clients. Helping execute the successful launch of our new flagship location. Taking ownership of projects that free up the owner to work more strategically. You'll have meaningful ownership from day one. We trust our leaders to take initiative, solve problems and continuously improve the business while being supported by the Owner. This Role Is For You If You Are: Motivated to grow into a leadership/management role but need more hands-on experience. Naturally organized, proactive, and love building systems. Passionate about health, fitness, wellness, or client service. Comfortable learning from a founder and being mentored closely. A team player who can eventually become a team leader. You don't wait to be told what to do. You naturally notice problems and enjoy finding solutions. You take pride in helping a team succeed and treat the business like it's your own.
