About The Position
Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Studio Managers who love Yoga. Hot 8 Yoga is described as the Hottest, Cleanest, and Most Connected hot yoga studio.
Requirements
- 200-hour RYT certificate
- Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
- Previous management experience is required
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 5 Front Desk shifts
- Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
- Lead Teacher Trainings
- Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
