Studio Manager
About The Position
Kidcreate Studio is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, creative individuals who enjoy making a mess and helping run and promote our art studio for kids. As a Studio Manager, you will play a leadership role in the absence of the Studio Owner, acting as a liaison between staff and customers to provide high-quality customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees. On occasion, you will also oversee classes and parties for children ages 18 months to 12 years, focusing on art education and ensuring a safe, fun, and educational experience. This role involves overseeing a staff of 10-25 part-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining. Additionally, responsibilities include sales and marketing, maintaining supply inventory, invoicing, and fostering teamwork in a high-energy, fun workplace where every day is different.
