Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven, sales-oriented Studio Manager / Lead Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results, membership conversions, and revenue growth . This is a hands-on leadership and sales position responsible for: Driving demo-to-membership conversions Owning the full sales pipeline Leading outreach, follow-ups, and booking strategies Ensuring the studio consistently meets and exceeds membership and revenue targets As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. About Stretch Zone Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time. Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, membership sales, or high-conversion environments (fitness, wellness, retail, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong ability to close sales and handle objections
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
  • Paid experience managing 2-5 team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
  • As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

  • Build g memberships with a strong, consultative sales approach
  • Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets
  • Identify client needs, address objections, and confidently close sales
  • Maintain a high demo-to-membership conversion rate (KPI-driven role)
  • Execute same-day and next-day booking strategies to maximize conversions
  • Ensure every demo has a clear documented need and follow-up plan
  • Proactively manage and convert incoming leads (calls, texts, emails, digital ads)
  • Conduct consistent outreach to new, missed, and lost leads
  • Maintain rapid response times ( within 30 minutes during business hours )
  • Complete high-volume outreach tasks (calls/texts/emails) daily
  • Own follow-up cadence until conversion or clear outcome
  • Oversee daily studio operations and front-of-house experience
  • Deliver “unreasonable hospitality” to every client interaction
  • Ensure scheduling is optimized at least 1 week in advance
  • Monitor team productivity and hold staff accountable to performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (ClubReady) and ensure DPR completion daily
  • Track and report on KPIs including: Demo bookings Show rate Conversion rate Membership sales Revenue performance
  • Continuously identify gaps and implement strategies to improve results
  • Take full ownership of studio sales performance
