About The Position

Evolution is hiring Studio Hosts for our Philadelphia studio. You will be on camera hosting live games in a professional studio environment while players watch and interact online. Think of it as part hosting, part entertainment, part customer service, and part performance. No casino experience needed. No broadcasting experience needed. No dealing experience needed. As a Studio Host, you are the face of the game. You'll sit at a live studio table, follow game procedures, speak clearly on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players & host live games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show style formats for online players. Think : live dealer + on-camera host + customer service professional. No previous casino or dealing experience required. We teach you everything through paid training at Evolution Academy.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training
• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights

• Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
• Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
