About The Position

Every month, people reach out to F45 New Westminster because they want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. They aren't looking for someone to pressure them into buying a membership. They're looking for someone who listens, understands where they're coming from, and helps them take the first step. We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, builds trust quickly, and understands that great sales are really about building relationships. This isn't a role where you'll sit back and wait for the phone to ring. We move quickly, follow up consistently, and believe every lead deserves an exceptional experience. As our business continues to grow, this role will grow with it. You'll have opportunities to become involved in marketing, operations, leadership, and eventually managing a larger team. I'm looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just find another job.

Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with new people.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Comfortable learning new software and using a CRM.
  • Reliable, coachable, and consistent.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
  • You have a quality that people naturally gravitate toward—whether that's empathy, confidence, positivity, clarity, or your ability to build rapport.
  • You live an active, healthy lifestyle. You don't need to be a fitness influencer, but you should genuinely believe in the product you're helping people invest in.
  • Warm, confident, and emotionally intelligent.
  • You make people feel comfortable within minutes of meeting them.
  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people.
  • Organized and process-driven.
  • You don't need reminders to follow through.
  • You believe sales are about serving people, not convincing them.
  • Self-motivated and accountable. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
  • Competitive with yourself and always looking to improve.
  • Excited by the idea that your effort directly impacts your income.

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with warm leads who have already expressed interest in F45.
  • Building genuine relationships through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations.
  • Booking consultations and helping people choose the right membership based on their goals.
  • Following up consistently so no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Tracking your activity and managing your pipeline inside our CRM.
  • Working alongside our marketing team to provide feedback and improve our messaging.
  • Continuously improving your communication and sales skills.
