About The Position

At UFC GYM, we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof—from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Cycle Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, heart-pumping sessions. As a Cycle Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you’re leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes that motivate participants of all fitness levels. Whether they are new to the saddle or seasoned riders, you’ll help them reach their peak performance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and rhythmic cueing.
• High physical stamina and a personality that can command a room.
• Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Cycle) is highly preferred.
• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty Cycle format certification.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, safe, and well-paced cycle choreography paired with engaging music.
• Educate participants on proper bike setup, riding form, and modifications to ensure a safe workout.
• Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
