About The Position

The Studio Experience Team (SET) member plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive student experience at CorePower Yoga (CPY) studios. This part-time position focuses on maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for the yoga community. SET members contribute to making yoga more accessible and can deepen their connection with the CPY community while strengthening their personal yoga practice through a discounted membership. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the company's core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. This position involves up to six hours of studio shifts per month.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
