Studio Experience Team

Dance ConnectionTown of Islip, NY
Onsite

About The Position

Dance Connection is hiring dynamic, people-loving team members to join our Studio Experience Team for the Summer 2026 and 2026–2027 seasons. This isn't your typical front desk role — and it's not a passive one either. Our Studio Experience Team drives enrollment, retention, and revenue by creating exceptional experiences that make families want to stay, buy, and refer their friends. You'll be up, out, and actively engaging in the studio — welcoming parents, answering questions, and confidently guiding families toward the classes, programs, and products that are the right fit for them. Sales is a real part of this job, and we're proud of that. You'll follow up with leads, make outreach calls to prospective and current families, and look for opportunities to introduce dancers to everything Dance Connection has to offer — from the perfect class to the right pair of shoes to an upcoming event. If you can turn a conversation into a connection and a connection into a committed family, you'll thrive here. If you're energized by people, motivated by results, and love making others feel like they belong — we want you on our team.
