About The Position

The Studio Experience Team (SET) member plays a crucial role in enhancing the student experience at CorePower Yoga (CPY) studios. This part-time position focuses on maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for the yoga community. SET members contribute to making yoga more accessible and deepen their connection with the CPY community while strengthening their personal yoga practice through a discounted membership. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness, embodying the company's core values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
