About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students and the studio community. SET members support the student experience while embodying the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The position offers access to a discounted studio membership to support community connection and personal yoga practice. This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. Compensation is $17.05 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with the schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
