About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students and the studio community. This part-time role supports the student experience by cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, handling laundry and waste, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together. The role requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with a schedule that varies based on studio needs. SET members are eligible to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Commitment to up to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management about studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values.
