About The Position

The CorePower team is the heartbeat of the company, prioritizing people and investing in the employee experience to create an experience powerful enough to transform lives. CorePower Yoga (CPY) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to positively impact the student experience at studios and provide a discount on studio membership. The SET member is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring the studio is always ready for use by the community. This role allows for deepening connection with the CPY community and strengthening personal yoga practice through a discounted yoga membership. This is a part-time position requiring commitment to up to six hours of studio shifts per month.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
