About The Position

Alloy Personal Training East Brunswick is seeking a founding Studio Director to lead the studio launch and drive membership growth from day one. The Studio Director will be responsible for building a member base, leading all sales and consultations, developing the coaching team, and owning the studio's business performance from pre-sale through opening and beyond. This is not a passive management role. It is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for an experienced fitness professional who wants to own a business outcome, operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, and build something exceptional in the Snoqualmie market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fitness studio management or equivalent leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting membership sales targets
  • Experience building client relationships and community in a local market
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or launch environment
  • Proficiency with Mindbody or similar club management software preferred
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive pre-sale membership enrollment and lead conversion from day one
  • Lead all Starting Point consultations with prospective members including movement screen, goals discussion, InBody assessment, and follow-up process
  • Own member acquisition through local partnerships, community events, and digital marketing
  • Track and analyze KPIs including lead volume, booking rate, show rate, close rate, and attrition via Mindbody
  • Conduct monthly outreach to members with 8 or fewer visits in the last 30 days
  • Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets
  • Recruit, hire, and train part-time coaching staff
  • Build a positive, high-accountability team culture
  • Lead weekly staff meetings covering workouts, scheduling, and performance metrics
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for Head Coach and part-time coaches
  • Lead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownership
  • Oversee daily studio operations in alignment with Alloy brand standards
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Be present during peak training times to provide leadership and support
  • Manage expenses and operate within budget
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding performance metrics
  • Lead training sessions per week as needed
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Alloy programming and coaching standards
  • Be capable of stepping in to support or cover sessions when necessary

Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
