About The Position

SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Cleaner to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment for guests. This role is crucial for a fast-growing wellness brand that offers luxury contrast therapy including private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin C showers. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in cleanliness and organization, understanding the importance of a hygienic studio for the guest experience. While the role involves independent work, teamwork and flexibility are also valued.

Requirements

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house
Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly
Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses
Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day
Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs
Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols
