About The Position

We are seeking a Studio Associate to ensure every client has an exceptional experience by warmly greeting customers, thoroughly explaining our services and answering questions, and proactively building a positive relationship with every client. The Studio Associate will actively promote Pause services, packages, and memberships based on client needs and mastery of the Pause wellness philosophy. This role also involves assisting with studio outreach initiatives and events, managing the POS/appointment booking software, and maintaining a high level of aesthetic and cleanliness throughout the studio, including service rooms, reception, and restrooms. Providing excellent complimentary towel/linen service by managing studio laundry is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

One year of experience in fitness, wellness, customer service or related field.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Sales
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Time management
Must have weekend availability

Actively promote Pause services, packages and memberships based upon the needs of the client and mastery of the Pause wellness philosophy.
Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events.
Assist in the management of our POS/appointment booking software
Maintain a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio by inspecting and cleaning our service rooms pre/post use.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness through the studio including reception and restrooms.
Provide excellent complimentary towel/linen service to guests by staying on top of all studio laundry.
