As a Manager in Students and Grads Specialty Recruiting, you will lead recruiting activities and strategy focused on hiring for our Management, Commercial, Investment Banking and Design Internship and Development Programs. You will drive day-to-day data management and reporting, inclusive of executive-level communication and partnership with key stakeholders, while keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment organization. You will also guide your team of recruiters and client leads to manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consultation and guidance to internal clients, and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing effective early career talent acquisition strategies, creating and implementing large scale, high-volume processes/projects in a well-managed way, and inspiring a team to deliver great results.
