We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and scale BigPanda’s recruiting efforts while managing a small, globally distributed recruiting team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will personally drive searches while building strong recruiting processes, coaching recruiters, and partnering closely with business leaders.   • Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for roles, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and advise on talent market dynamics
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices across regions
  • Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including strong ownership of GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Comfort operating as a player/coach in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience recruiting across geographies and time zones
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and candidate advocacy skills
