As a Manager in Students and Grads Specialty Recruiting, you will lead recruiting activities and strategy focused on hiring for our Management, Commercial, Investment Banking and Design Internship and Development Programs. You will drive day-to-day data management and reporting, inclusive of executive-level communication and partnership with key stakeholders, while keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment organization. You will also guide your team of recruiters and client leads to manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consultation and guidance to internal clients, and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. The ideal candidate has proven experience developing effective early career talent acquisition strategies, creating and implementing large scale, high-volume processes/projects in a well-managed way, and inspiring a team to deliver great results. Roles and Responsibilities People Leadership - Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent Client Management - Partner with key business stakeholders and accountable executives as well as internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals Strategy Development - Leverage data to create compelling recommendations and influence strategic recruitment decisions Candidate Management – Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer accept Season Prep & Logistics - Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies Administrative Tasks - Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill role requirements We recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role.
