The incumbent of this role is required to support a team of client-facing professionals who provide service in the language of the clients’ choice (French or English). Requirements

  • You are working towards a university degree ideally with a concentration in finance, commerce, economics or business is preferred.
  • You have strong customer service focus with effective listening and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • You must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for these positions.
  • You must also be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term.
  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Nice To Haves

  • You have some experience in the financial services industry (an asset).
  • You have a keen interest and knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Being bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily audit reports for account transfers and dealer representative changes.
  • Process documentation specific to financial grouping for high net worth programs.
  • Identify opportunities to provide value-added service to our high net-worth clients.
  • Partnering with other internal business groups to resolve account concerns and inquiries.
  • Process instructions to setup systematic purchase, redemption and fund to fund exchanges.
  • Complete ad hoc reports requests.
  • Review of processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Partner with departments across Fidelity and learn how the back office provides support to those areas.
  • Work with various teams within Client Services in order to resolve inquiries arising from Dealer back office.
  • Update, research and maintain advisor information and change requests from various business units including Sales, Client Services, Processing, Dealer Relations and external clients.
  • Support the Sales client experience through the timely and accurate update of account information (using AXIS and Salesforce.com).
  • Manage short term database projects and improve efficiencies in the process.
  • Provide support to the Dealer Relations Representatives and other ad hoc assignments.
