About The Position

Works under close supervision to provide support to department(s) and perform duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature.

Enrolled in or able to provide proof of enrollment in high school or institute of higher education.
May be required to have specific field of study or education according to assigned area.
Work requires ability to coordinate and independently work on projects.
Work requires excellent communication skills.
Work requires proficiency with computers and understanding of its full capacity as an external relations tool.

Scheduling working group meetings.
Collaborating with working group chairs to set the agenda.
Facilitating working group meetings alongside the chair.
Providing detailed meeting minutes and action items.
Supporting execution of working group items.
Engaging with working group members to enable participation in working group items.
Creating and managing documentation and research items for the working groups.
Facilitating abstract submission for the annual conference.
Coordinating the birds of a feather sessions at the annual conference.
Engaging fellow students across the state to participate in working group activities.
Performs a variety of duties to include, but are not limited to, basic administrative and service related functions.
May assist staff with day to day operations.
May participate in basic to moderately complex projects as requested by supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned.
