The Pathways for Rural Oregon Students to Healthcare and Disability Careers (Pathways) program is an internship and mentorship initiative that helps strengthen Oregon’s rural healthcare workforce and improve services for people with developmental disabilities. Pathways prepare rural students for healthcare and disability-related careers through mentorship, internships, and career development opportunities. This is a grant funded project that is funded through September 30, 2027. This Student Worker position is 15-20 hours per week. The role provides general administrative project support for the Pathways program by assisting with recruitment, communications, scheduling, event logistics, data entry, record management, and participant tracking. Supports outreach efforts to rural schools and communities, maintains project databases and communication materials, and assists with coordination of student, mentor, internship, and conference activities.
