In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager. This role involves greeting visitors with excellent customer service, providing general office, administrative, or clerical support. Responsibilities may include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, routing and resolving inquiries, document preparation and filing, and ensuring the confidentiality of information. The role may also involve assisting with office supplies, organizing common areas, and performing data entry tasks, spreadsheets, and reports. The student worker will perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission and must comply with University policies and maintain regular and punctual attendance.
