About The Position
In a student employee capacity, the Waco Hall Ticket Office Team Member is responsible for assisting in the collection and distribution of online and counter ticket sales for Student Activities and many other campus partner events. This role supports client-facing events, customer service operations, and/or guest experiences under an established timeline to meet objectives in support of successfully executing events.
Requirements
- Must be a student employee.
- Ability to work weekdays from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm.
- Availability for Fall/Ongoing employment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and distribution of online and counter ticket sales for Student Activities and campus partner events.
- Support client-facing events, customer service operations, and guest experiences.
