Baylor University is seeking a Student Worker for the Waco Hall Social Media Specialist position. This role involves assisting in the advancement of Waco Hall's social media accounts through the creation of pictures, videos, and other marketing tools. The specialist will capture behind-the-scenes footage and pictures to share the story of Waco Hall through various events. This position requires creativity to develop and execute new engagement ideas, organization and planning to create a social media plan in advance, and strong communication skills to tell stories through social media. The student worker will also provide marketing and communications support to the assigned area, assist with various projects and tasks, support marketing and communications strategies, and exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively. The role requires compliance with University policies and maintaining regular and punctual attendance.
