About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on Marketing Intern to support our team with tabling, graphic design, event promotion, and content creation. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about marketing and design and are eager to gain real-world experience. You’ll assist in designing promotional materials, planning, and attending events, and supporting various marketing initiatives across campus.

Requirements

• Flexible work schedule with availability Monday - Thursday from 9am – 3pm.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Experience in photography and video content creation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Passion for campus life and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets including flyers, posters, TV graphics, and social media content.
• Gather and create social media content (Reels, photos, videos).
• Assist in planning, hosting, and staffing weekly marketing events, tabling, and promotional activities.
• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and campaign execution.
• Help distribute marketing materials throughout campus.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies.
