In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives. All student workers are responsible for all customer service related issues including proper gear usage, climbing instruction, belaying, safety, and maintaining a positive attitude. Furthermore, student workers are responsible for the cleaning, care, and upkeep of equipment at the ROCK and surrounding area. Student workers are directly accountable to a ROCK staff leader (if there is one present); they are accountable to the on-duty Graduate Assistant, all Outdoor Adventure Graduate Student Managers and to the Outdoor Adventure Coordinator as well as Campus Recreation professional staff.
