About The Position
The Residence Life department is seeking a dependable student worker to assist the Residential Coordinators and the Resident Assistants in providing a quality educational environment in the residence halls. SRA's must demonstrate the desire to assist others and build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. They must possess an ability to accept and implement CRD policies and exhibit emotional maturity, dependability and responsibility. It is also expected that the SRA will display a willingness to take on the responsibilities of leadership within the campus community at large.
