About The Position

This role involves processing domestic high school transcripts and entering data into the STARS software to ensure the accuracy of student application materials. The position is in-office, requiring 10 hours per week, with potential for more hours with supervisor approval. Training and most working hours will be conducted in person at the Clifton Robinson Tower.

Responsibilities

  • Processing all domestic high school transcripts.
  • Entering data in the STARS software.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all application materials on each student's application file.
  • Entering information from incoming domestic high school transcripts for applicants.
  • Auditing documents to ensure they are on the correct student as well as indexed correctly.
  • Completing all other assignments given by the student supervisors or coordinator.
