About The Position
Mentors at the Champions Redefined Retreat will help with the day to day execution of the retreat, leading small groups, referee labs and help facilitate group activities. This role is in a student employee capacity and may perform or assist with tasks in support of client-facing events, customer service operations, and/or guest experiences under an established timeline to meet objectives in support of successfully executing events.

Responsibilities
- Assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services
- Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners
- Coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Serve as a point of contact to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues
- Participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services
- Conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners
- Create feedback or event survey(s)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising
- Identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services
- Assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
