Managers assist coaches and student-athletes by providing dependable, detail-oriented support in practices, matches, travel preparation, and behind-the-scenes team operations. This position is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in collegiate athletics, sport management, coaching, or event operations.
Requirements
- Dependable, detail-oriented support in practices, matches, travel preparation, and behind-the-scenes team operations.
- Hands-on experience in collegiate athletics, sport management, coaching, or event operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down courts (nets, antennas, ball carts, audio systems, training equipment).
- Assist with drills, feeding balls, shagging balls, and managing player rotations.
- Operate practice technology (video systems, stat software, radar guns, etc.).
- Ensure all equipment is organized, functioning, and available as needed.
- Manage balls during warm-ups and match play.
- Support visiting team logistics and officials when needed.
- Help manage ball kids during the game.
- Sweep floor for sweat when needed.
